Home/Company

A partner,
not a supplier.

We have done one thing since we opened: make rotary printing screens for textile printers. Alongside the domestic market we supply Europe and the Middle East.

The company was founded in 1996 to supply rotary screens to textile printers, in 1996. Our head office is in İzmir and our plant in Pamukkale, Denizli. Since then we have worked in both domestic and export markets with a wide range of mesh counts and sizes.

We produce on a 5,000 m² site with 2,600 m² under roof, with a team trained in design, colour separation and engraving.

How we work

We would rather be a partner than a supplier. Whether a tool comes out right depends not only on our machine but on your paste system, your machine line-up and your printing substrates. That is why we discuss those conditions before taking the job on.

What we serve

We produce rotary printing screens for the textile industry — colour separation, lacquer, engraving and end-ring fitting included.

Investment history

From 1996 to today.

Our investments have all gone one way: a wider range of mesh counts and sizes, and shorter lead times.

Two checkpoints: before production and before packing

Where quality is decided

The quality of an engraving is settled long before the laser starts. Before your design reaches the production line it is checked for printability — and if it isn't suitable, we tell you.

Once engraving is finished there is a final check before packing. No tool that hasn't passed it goes to dispatch.

Why we keep colour separation in house

When separation is done elsewhere, tracing the source of a problem that shows up during engraving becomes slow. Keeping both under one roof shortens that diagnosis and keeps responsibility undivided.

Send us the dimensions, we'll send the price.

Industry, material and size are enough. No artwork needed at the quotation stage.
