Mesh Mesh count 25–195

Every mesh count in between is available. Which one suits is decided during colour separation, from the character of the design and your printing conditions.

If you need something outside these sizes, ask first and we will check feasibility.

When your textile designs reach the production line ready for engraving, our technical team carries out a pre-production check.

Once mesh and lacquer have been prepared to suit the character of the design, the job is matched to a laser engraving machine and put into production.

Screens prepared during production go through a final check before packing. Once approved, they are packed with or without end rings, as you prefer.

How the mesh is chosen

Mesh selection depends on the character of the design and on your printing conditions. It is set after colour separation is complete — which is one reason keeping separation and engraving in the same place affects the result directly.

Delivery options

Whatever the
design.

Stripes, damask, fine-outlined florals, solid grounds — all of them run on the same line. But not every design wants the same screen.

A finely outlined floral needs a high mesh so the line does not break. A design with solid grounds works with a lower mesh that lets more paste through. When both appear on the same cylinder the mesh decision is a balance — one we settle together at the colour separation stage.

Send us your design and we will tell you which mesh and lacquer preparation is right for it.
