How the size is chosen
The head size has to match both the screen's repeat (circumference) and the head seat on the machine. A screen with the wrong head will not sit in the machine; and if it does, it will run off centre during printing.
Just tell us the make and model of your machine — we will work out the right head.
We fit them too
Fitting a head is precise work that directly affects how long a screen lasts. A head fitted off centre makes the design drift in print and tires the screen early.
On request we deliver the screen with its head already fitted, ready for the machine. Fitting heads to screens you already hold is offered as a separate service.

Every head carries its own size written on it. Parts are marked this way so the wrong size never reaches the machine.
We also supply the 640 mm Stork head; these three photographs show the Reggiani sizes only.
